                   Dear Fellow Golf Enthusiast,

It’s hard not to respect the dominance of Tiger and Annika (back when she was playing).  They are exceptional in so
many ways, but maybe the most obvious is their excellent fitness and conditioning.  Many experts feel it this single
element that sets them apart from the rest of the pack.  That’s debatable, I suppose, but nobody can deny they are the
two most fit athletes ever to swing a club.

But you don’t have to exercise with their intensity in order to dramatically improve your golf game.  In fact, all you really
have to do is the right exercises, the right way...for you.  We are all unique and have different strengths and weaknesses.  
One of the most common problems I see is folks doing the wrong type of conditioning - and that undermines their ability
on the links - it doesn’t enhance it.
