your budget then Semi-Private Training is exactly what you are looking for.  

Here's How It Works:  Each 30 minute workout is pre-scheduled like a Drs. appointment to guarantee
accountability and individualized attention anytime Mon-Thurs 6:30-9:00AM & 4:30-7:30PM, Friday 6:30-9:00AM, &
Saturday Bootcamp 9-10AM.  You workout one-on-one with your trainer or with 1-2 workout partners (2 max) to
guarantee your safety and results.  You will get a awesome workout whether you are a fitness newcomer or fitness
nut.  Schedule 2 back to back sessions if you want a 60 minute workout.

We have several different Membership Options to fit any financial situation based
on how many times per month you are able to workout.  Workouts range in price from

We fuse
cardio exercises to melt the fat, strength exercises to fire up your metabolism using kettlebells/
elastic tubing/ free weights/ strength machines/ dumbbells/ Bosu/ Stability Balls/ etc. (
special emphasis on core),
and stretching exercises to enhance muscle recovery and make sure you don't get crippled after each workout.

We change your workouts on a weekly basis to make sure your body constantly progresses and you
never get
bored
.  We alternate workouts daily to make sure you do not over-train and you get consistent results

We offer Semi-Private Training Mon-Fri
5 days/week.  You have unlimited access to all workouts depending on
your membership type and trainer availability (3 workouts per week recommended for quickest results).  

No Dieting (Woohooo).  The only way to see real fitness results is by eating a supportive diet.  I'll supply you
with 7 day meal plans, grocery lists, nutritional videos, bi-weekly healthy recipes, and a ton of nutritional
guidance and support to get maximum results in minimum time.   

Each month one of your workouts is
a one-on-one training session so we can track your results and fine
tune your workout and nutrition regimen to guarantee results!!

Each workout is pre-scheduled like a doctors appointment to guarantee you actually come to your workouts and
you get email reminders to make sure you don't forget!  

Comraderie is KEY!!  Your soon to be workout partners will also help keep you coming back for more and get
your competitive juices flowing
