To be perfectly honest I hate bootcamps!  Most bootcamps have poorly qualified instructors, no nutritional
counseling
(results are 80% nutrition), limited exercise variety (how many squats can you do before you want
to shoot yourself or have your knees ache),
poor exercise correction (the larger the group form goes down
the toilet),
