The Step Off Challenge is an annual event offered to friends of Fit-4-Life. What's unique is that ANYONE can participate, regardless of fitness level or age! Over a four week period, you will track the number of Steps you take, using a pedometer. Prizes will be given Each Week to those who achieve the highest number of steps. A Grand Prize will be presented at the end of the challenge for the overall winner. I will also award a grand prize for "biggest transformation" among those who submit their pre and post challenge weight. I've got some really awesome prizes with a value of $843! 2.
