Online Personal Training

    Unfortunately, not everyone can visit our Cherry Hill studio.  That's why we created an on-
    line training program for people motivated to be fit, but out of our zip code.  The results of
    our on-line clientele are just as important as our daily visitors.  Every program designed is
    packed with motivation and accountability to help you maximize your workout results!

    Here’s how it works: After a detailed online fitness assessment, we create a variety of
    training program options complete with video demonstrations, photos, and detailed
    instructions delivered right to your computer.

Starting Position:  Sit upright with legs together out
in front of you bent if necessary, tubing anchored
behind you and slightly to the side.  
Movement:  
Punch handle out towards your opposite foot with
your chest, tricep, and core.  Make sure to rotate
and lean forward while punching.  Repeat as
required then switch sides.
Cross your left foot over your right knee.  Twist
your body to the left and place your right elbow
against your left knee. Push your left knee
towards your right shoulder as  far as you can
while twisting to your left side. Hold this position
for thirty seconds. Repeat as required on other
side.
